  • Our approach is extremely thorough. We routinely contact 50 to 75 target organizations and speak with 100 sourcing contacts.

  • We evaluate all candidates thoroughly and objectively in face to face interviews. With out of province candidates, we conduct initial interviews by telephone and advise the client accordingly.

  • We do not charge supplementary expenses in addition to fees quoted. The only exceptions are newspaper advertising, psychological testing services and out of province candidate travel costs, if required.
